WIN A TRIP 

1. Eligibility: * The "Trip Giveaway" promotional contest (the "Contest") is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria: * Must be a legal resident of Canada. * Must be of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. * Must not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of CLC Vacations or any affiliated sponsors. 2. Contest Period: * The Contest will run from January 1st 2024 with the draw taking place on July 1st 2024 at 12pm or when 5000 tickets are sold. 3. Prize: * The Prize consists of an All Inclusive trip for up to 4 people to your choice of one of the following destinations; Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica or Las Vegas, with an approximate retail value of up to $10,000 (CAD) 4. Entry: * Donation of $10 per ticket or 3 tickets for $25. * No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Contest. You may also enter the Contest by one of the following methods; writing a 1000 word essay on what Sick kids means to you.(email essay to clcvacations@outlook.com) - (The essay cannot be AI generated) 5. Skill-Testing Question: * To be eligible to claim the Prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. This question will be provided to the selected entrant at the time of notification. 6. How to Enter: * To enter the Contest, make a donation or complete the essay task. 7. Adequate Disclosure: * The contest rules are as follows and must be displayed prominently on the Contest website and included on the back of physical contest tickets or in a prominent place where tickets can be obtained: * The number and approximate retail value of the prize or prizes. * The chances of winning, which are typically based on the number of tickets distributed. * How the winner(s) will be chosen, which is by random draw. * The promotional contest opening, closing, and draw date and time. * The fact that proceeds will be donated to SickKids Foundation. * That the person selected to correctly answer a skill-testing question will be declared the winner. * Any other material fact known that materially affects the chances of winning. 8. Privacy: * By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties. 9. General Conditions: * CLC Vacations reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest at its discretion. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. By entering the Contest, all participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of CLC Vacations in respect to the Contest, which are final.
